aaronAaron Caudle is the sole owner and operator of Aqualife Training. His vision is to provide tailored training solutions to meet specific client needs. He saw a need for professional, accurate and flexible training and this is how Aqualife begun. 

Aaron currently works under SA Health in a primary health care role and here he also embeds himself in health care education and research. He undertakes training, assessment, marking and aiding in curriculum design. Prior to this he worked with various swim schools, swim programmes and swimming pools.

SFA Training Services and Aqualife Training were officially registered as business mid 2011. The two business names identify the two types of training environments; SFA – Senior First Aid training and Aqualife Training – Aquatic Industry training.  Prior to the formations of SFA and Aqualife, Aaron operated as a sole trader working as a contractor trainer that delivered First Aid, Pool Lifeguarding, CPR and Aquatic Rescues Courses under a RTO (Registered Training Organisation) operating back in 2008. In July 2013, SFA Training Services was disolved under the banner of Aqualife Training PTY LTD.

Masters in Clinical Education (Research) - Flinders University
Cert IV Training and Assessment (TAE)
Cert IV Health Care (Ambulance)
Cert III in Frontline Management
Austswim & Pool Lifegaurd

Aqualife are also in partnership with Elite Swim School in conducting School Swimming Programs and Ann Price to conduct Pool Life Guarding courses.
